Let's face it, while Toronto is the capital city of Ontario, a lot of people consider it the capital of Canada. That's especially the case when it comes to people who live in Toronto. Ask any patron of 38 Avoca avenue condos in Toronto if they live in the greatest city in Canada and they will boastfully respond with a resounding yes. That's just how passionate people who live in Toronto are about their city. It's also why a lot of people want to live in Toronto. It truly is a great city to live in but it's also a pricey one. Within each of those municipalities and Toronto are a whole lot more communities that make up the Greater Toronto Area. While each of those neighbourhoods, communities or municipalities aren't Toronto, they do have their own unique vibe that make them stand out from Toronto. Pick out any surrounding neighbourhood in the Greater Toronto Area and you will have plenty of real estate options to choose from. Whether it's an Oakville home for sale, Caledon condo or Aurora townhome, you'll certainly come away with a wonderful piece of real estate. A piece of real estate that will most likely cost a fraction of what you would pay for it in Toronto.
